2016 Power of the Purse
For the past 5 years Hand and Hide has participated in Power of the Purse, a fundraiser for Girls Inc of the PNW. In previous years we've been paired up with a local 'purse-o-nality' and designed a bag reflecting that person's passions.This year things played out a little differently. We were not able to be paired with anyone, but Girls Inc creatively found a way to keep us involved. So, we designed and made the first ever Traveling Purse, and it appeared in a series of videos with everyone from the Governor of Oregon, Kate Brown, to the Trailblazer's mascot Blaze.
