We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in unused condition.
Several types of goods are exempt from returns or exchanges including personalized items (with an inscription or custom engraving,) sale items, and special order items (ie, not one of our standard products.)
Our made-to-order items (most of what we sell) are subject to a minimum 30% restocking fee.
To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a completed return form (contact us first.)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If you are approved, then your refund (minus a restocking fee if applicable) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail.
