I live in Australia, and have previously bought 2 H&H cases for me and my grandfather. I didn't hesitate to get another one for my new iPhone16. But - maybe I should have waited?
My grievance is that there seems to be too much leather in the fold of the wallet. When buttoned up, the top of the wallet moves around a lot more than my old case. I also wonder if excessive material was used on the button strap. The result is that the wallet has a lot of flexibility, even when buttoned up.
My last H&H did not have this issue, so I can only assume this was an oversight in the iPhone16 case, and that perhaps I should have waited longer before ordering the case (I bought immediately after the phone was released). I also sent H&H a message asking if the chocolate brown I had on my last case could be replicated, but never got a response.
So, given the price paid and the difficult of organising a return, I'm a little disappointed compared to my last experience.
I might also mention that I miss the leather phone enclosure that my last wallet had. The new ones have a plastic enclosure. I'm sure that saves time and better secures the phone, but I think something was lost when a large plastic part was added to the case.
I'm being a little pedantic, I still think it's a good case, but I could help but feel a little disappointed relative to my last experience with H&H.
